Virtual Quarterly Product Launch Campaign
B2B SaaSIn a highly competitive B2B SaaS environment, the organization required a repeatable, high-impact campaign framework to serve as the primary marketing vehicle for major platform updates, product innovations, and audience acquisition. The initiative demanded tight cross-functional collaboration and a deeply personalized lifecycle communication strategy to successfully activate a massive target audience.As one of three primary drivers for the program, I took ownership of the end-to-end channel promotion strategy, authored high-converting copy, and directed final design approvals. I built an advanced customer journey map and messaging matrix for email and in-app notifications, leveraging market research to dynamically segment content based on user social sophistication and real-world AI usage. When the team manager went on leave during the critical Q4 2025 cycle, I stepped up as the sole campaign owner, supervising the full production pipeline, managing stakeholder alignment, and eliminating operational friction across creative and revenue enablement teams.
The launch framework proved highly lucrative, generating a total of 1,300+ MQLs and unlocking $34.6M in cumulative annual recurring revenue (ARR) across 2025 and 1H 2026. Driven by advanced email experimentation, the standalone Q4 2025 launch became the most successful milestone event to date for an audience of 250K+, delivering the following performance metrics:- 5,770 Webinar Registrations with a strong 32% Attendance Rate
- 534 High-Value MQLs / Hand-Raisers driven directly to the sales pipeline
- $8.4M in Net-New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) secured from the single launch event
- A record-breaking 16.6% Click-to-Open Rate (CTOR), marking a 95% efficiency increase quarter-over-quarter
- I also received the Q4 Marketing Innovation Award for this campaign
Opportunity Insights: Website Redesign + Rebrand
B2B/B2C Education ServicesAfter a slow period of sales and engagement, I looked at the company messaging and strategy that was in place, and realized it was no longer speaking to their ideal customer.Knowing the company needed a quick turnaround, I identified a few key website pages that could be reimagined. I initiated the project, conducted customer research, developed a plan and timeline, sought buy-in and feedback from stakeholders, and coordinated with internal and external teams.In 60 days, we had 4 new website pages (2 sales pages, a home page, and checkout page) with new copy and a fresh design that brought a 60% increase in engagement and 35% increase in sales.I also assisted the CMO in a full company rebrand and name change that was planned over the course of a year that pushed the company forward in new and exciting ways.
Creative & Strategic Asset Creation
B2C Virtual TrainingOnce the need for a fresh marketing asset was realized, I wrote, directed, and produced an evergreen webinar that generated over $823K and over 2k+ leads over 2 years.This 45-minute recording included strong CTAs, an interactive PDF, and effective integration into existing marketing channels to encourage the flow of traffic through the sales funnel.The content spoke directly to our ideal audience, strategically hitting impactful, emotional, and informational points through storytelling and arc. This brought a high level of value to the viewer without feeling like a sales pitch, resulting in continuous nurturing and sales long-term.
Tech Migrations: Project Management + Cross-Functional TeamworkA previous employee had misused the company Email Service Provider, blacklisting the domain and rendering us unable to send marketing emails to over 40% of the contact list.I researched the best solution and moved forward with a 3 month migration to a new email service provider. Working with specialists, contractors, and stakeholders, this project included migrating and optimizing 100+ automations, transferring a list of over 50,000+ contacts with <1% data loss, and creating new systems in which multiple department teams could benefit and thrive.The migration resulted in a leaner, more simplified tech stack that:• Saved the company $23,000+ in unnecessary fees and charges annually
• Improved email marketing health score by 65%
• Increased the company's email list by 39% in 1 year.
• Converted a significant amount of team processes from manual to automated tasks, freeing up time, energy, and resources.
Marketing Campaign Strategy & Project ManagementThis project was for the launch and promotion of a company's annual customer event, and included audience-specific messaging delivered at a curated pace via email, social channels, and a sales page, delivered over the course of 6 months.The campaign required a high level of cross-collaboration between multiple departments and external contractors to fully realize the marketing vision.Though a few pivots, optimizations, and adjustments were made along the way (because every strategy should be flexible!) this campaign resulted in a successful 300% increase in event ticket sales from the previous year.
Customized Sales Enablement StrategyI coordinated with the company's Sales team to optimize the sale closing process in order to increase conversion.I researched and implemented a unique checkout strategy that resulted in $342K additional revenue annually. This included planning, monitoring, team collaboration & training, and result monitoring/reporting.

Self-Starter: In my first entry-level role as a Marketing Associate, I developed and submitted responses to RFPs that earned the company $500,000+ in revenue in less than 6 months.
